Reawakening Wellness Foundation
At Reawakening Wellness Foundation, maintaining personal hygiene and a clean environment is an important part of the rehabilitation process. A structured daily routine is followed to help patients develop responsibility and healthy habits.
The day begins at 6:30 a.m., followed by
a self-care period from 7:15 to 8:15 a.m. During this time, patients are
expected to bathe and brush their teeth. The caring staff provide supervision
and assistance to those who are unable to manage these activities on their own.
From 8:15 to 9:00 a.m., patients are
responsible for cleaning their rooms. After breakfast, three patients are
assigned to clean the dining area, and the same practice is followed after
lunch. In the evening, following dinner, all patients take part in cleaning the
common areas of the house.
Laundry is done on alternate days with
the use of a washing machine.
This routine helps to maintain a clean
and orderly environment while also encouraging patients to build discipline,
independence, and essential daily living skills.
