Day Filled with Smiles and Togetherness

Yesterday, I had the chance to conduct a session with eleven psychiatric patients, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences for me. From the very beginning, I wanted the session to feel light, fun, and welcoming, so we started with simple introductions. At first, a few were hesitant, but as everyone spoke in their own way, the room slowly filled with warmth and comfort. To add energy, we played games like passing the parcel, which brought genuine laughter and excitement. It was amazing to see how such a small activity could make everyone feel included.
